Barry Todd, along with Mike Haigh, formed Haigh, Todd & Associates, Inc. (HTA) in 1990. Barry has more than 30 years of experience providing Unified Communications consulting and management solutions to clients across a wide spectrum of businesses including large retail organizations, health care providers, insurance carriers, manufacturing facilities, and several divisions of state government.
Prior to forming HTA, Barry worked for Northern Telecom where he developed a broad range of experience in matching business drivers to technology solutions and developing business case and ROI models for technology procurement.

Cameron brings over 30 years of experience within the communications industry to the Project Manager position at HTA. He leverages this experience to manage all types of communications projects including: strategic planning, budgeting, system procurement, system design and implementation, systems integration, ACD/IVR design, application review, software evaluation, equipment moves, network selection, network design and implementation.
Senior Network / Billing Analyst
Since 1994, Bettyann has been part of teams for many types of projects including integration, equipment and service procurement, moves, service transition, network strategic plans and many other types of projects. Bettyann specializes in developing solutions that reduce costs and / or improve service for our clients; auditing customers’ billing records, researching customer service records, working with clients and service providers to determine how services are being used, gathering and evaluating traffic statistics and using various modeling tools to determine optimum network design and staffing levels. Bettyann has also served as remote telecommunications help desk support for clients; placing network orders, following up with providers, researching equipment and solutions and troubleshooting problems.

Amy Todd is an achievement-oriented Telecommunications/IT Professional with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications including health care, financial institutions and outsourced environments. Amy focuses on the business aspects of IT, management, design and configuration of communications and mobility technologies and is an expert in mobile spend management.
