HTA's founders elected to call our employees Associates when the business was started in 1989.  The objective then and now was to hire people who truly wanted to become a part of building a successful company.  At HTA, we're not looking for employees; we hire Associates.

Hiring Philosophy

We are currently seeking both Project Associates and Technical Associates.
