We Hire Associates HTA's founders elected to call our employees Associates when the business was started in 1989. The objective then and now was to hire people who truly wanted to become a part of building a successful company. At HTA, we're not looking for employees; we hire Associates.

- Average of 10+ years of telecommunications experience
- Experience with a range of telecommunications services including telephone systems, local service, long distance and adjunct technologies
- Strong track record of building telecommunications solutions
- Service orientation that always puts the needs of our clients first
- Confidence to provide leadership and take initiative
Hiring Philosophy The hiring philosophy at HTA is simply to hire the best. Our goal is to build the most talented, dedicated team of telecommunications professionals available and to provide them with a stimulating role that makes the best use of their talents and experience. Due to this philosophy, HTA is always looking to add to our staff of Associates.
We are currently seeking both Project Associates and Technical Associates.
