After installing an Avaya Definity PBX for their Call Center applications, they recognized the need for expertise in supporting the growing list of applications. “Our contract with Avaya included remote support for changes but it became apparent that our Call Center users needed a higher level of resource”. Haigh, Todd & Associates was brought in to provide an extension to the their telecommunications staff on an ongoing basis to provide call center support.
HTA provided a highly skilled Avaya call center specialist to support 31 ACD applications and IVR applications including; application design, custom report development, end user training, and supervisor support.
HTA has significantly improved the support of the Call Centers by establishing processes, expanding training and providing “hands-on” support. HTA’s original contract has been extended for a third year.
